Brunswick Today, Bruce Poliquin, candidate for Maine Governor, received the endorsement of Vincent P. Veroneau, President and CEO of J.B. Brown & Sons, one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the greater Portland area. Veroneau has been involved in the real estate business for more than 20 years, taking over at J.B. Brown in 2005. In a statement, Veroneau expressed great confidence in Poliquin’s qualifications to lead Maine.
“Bruce has the right skills and experience to bring a new attitude to state government,” said Veroneau. “Too often, business investment and job growth are hampered by the complexities of our regulatory system. Bruce has dealt directly with these challenges and knows how to streamline the process. He’ll make government more efficient and remove major impediments to doing business in Maine. He’s the best qualified candidate in the race to build a prosperous and sustainable economy, that will not only help the business community thrive, but will benefit all the people of Maine.
