Brunswick – Today, Bruce Poliquin, candidate for Maine Governor, announced the formation of the Mid-coast Business Council for Bruce, a group of business owners in the mid-coast region endorsing Poliquin for Governor. The organization currently includes members from a range of industries. The Council will focus on recruiting new members and raising awareness about Poliquin’s campaign within the business community. Today, the Mid-coast Business Council for Bruce issued a joint statement in support of Poliquin.
“Bruce Poliquin has the experience and background our next Governor needs to properly address the problems we face as small business owners,” the group said in a statement. “He has spent his entire professional life running and managing businesses. He knows how tough it is for our companies to succeed in this business climate. Bruce has dealt directly with the complex regulations that hamper our ability to succeed in Maine, and knows how to properly manage a budget.”
